Ajay is a seasoned Revenue Management expert with a rich and varied professional history. with 18 years of work experience and an impressive track record encompassing a range of senior positions and significant projects, he has consistently showcased outstanding competence and a fervent commitment to addressing intricate challenges.
In his previous role as Assistant Vice President at Praxis Services from July 2019 to April 2022, he oversaw cluster operations for Revenue Management and Reservations across a portfolio of prestigious hotels.
He played a pivotal role in upgrading the existing voice management tool, aimed at enhancing sales opportunities through the voice channel, he also co-created e-mail management tool designed to identify and cultivate sales opportunities.
During his tenure with Oberoi Hotels and Resorts, he earned various certifications such as Harvard Managementor Cascaded Programs (October 2013), Executive Development Program (June 2012), and Certified Departmental Trainer (December 2006) from the Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development.
Ajay is responsible for Cluster Revenue operations for his set of hotels.
Ajay obtained a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from HNBG University, India.
